City Music Festival
Messiaen Quartet for the End of Time

Wesley's Chapel. Old Street, 49 City Road, London, EC1Y 1AU as part of the City Music Festival 2006.
1.10pm-2pm a lunchtime lecture-recital on the Messiaen in the Performance Area of the City University Music Department. The aim is to introduce non-music students in the University to this music. 16-27th October will see City University and its surrounding area alive with the sound of music, as the first annual City Music Festival takes place.
Organised by the newly formed City Music Society, the Festival has been generously partially funded by the City University Alumni fund. City students and the general public alike will have the opportunity to experience exciting performances from some of London's top musicians including The Fibonacci Sequence, as well as from the stars of tomorrow in the shape of City's own students both past and present. Many events are free, with special discounts available to City students and Islington residents.
