The event, hosted by Wandsworth Council, will mark the 62nd anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz and will be attended by the Mayor of Wandsworth, Councillor Jim Maddan.

The theme of this year's Holocaust Memorial Day is 'The Dignity of Difference'.

A short play about hate crime will be performed by young people from Heathbrook Youth Club, kindly sponsored by The Battersea Crime Prevention Panel. Pupils from St Cecilia's School will be reading Holocaust poetry and survivors testimonies.
