A farewell concert for Roger
National Physical Laboratory, Queen's Road, Teddington

Scientific Room, Bushy House

Roger Townsend has singelhandedly micro-managed the midday concerts at the National Physical Laboratory for about 30 years, taking over from Keith Berry. Kathron played there more years ago than she cares to remember....Roger has kept a record of all the concerts and the list of players and repertoire is an aural map of the music scene in London for the last few decades - formidable! Many of these players will be there to say thank you to Roger on this occasion, including Yuko and Kathron from the Fibonaccis. The programme is devised by Niel Immelman.
